Around a third of global greenhouse gas emissions come from the food system, with animal-based food production accounting for the majority. In a panel discussion, the Sustainability Office of the University of Vienna will examine the relationship between food and the climate crisis as well as the opportunities and necessity of a food transformation from various disciplines.
